Taskbar not responding on reboot after install WB v6

Well I just bought OD and I was having a problem with windowblinds. The taskbar was always busy (cursor had an hourglass). I could not click the start button or any part of the taskbar. I did figure out what the problem was. There was a service ntuneservice that was causing windowblinds to stall on skinning the taskbar. Kill the service and everything is back to normal. and there was a side effect with FireFox the titlebar would not skin when maximized. So I uninstalled Nvidia's performance application and its good as gold. Just thought I would jump in and post this info. If you have an Nvidia mainboard and the software installed there is your problem. have fun!
