ok, hello all i hope i can get a quick responce maybe not, im running 1.05 i've been playing sins on other peoples servers and also hosting my own quite sucessfully untill recently i have a log but it doesnt help anyway ill past that in a sec.

for the past 3 days or so this is what im experiancing , and today it happend as well, i jump into the game goto internet game play a whole game till game is over, get into my own server and after about 5 mins of just starting doing what you do to take over planets zooming in and out, game crashes freezes i press alt + ctrl and find an error, this is what i get.

now as i said i have been playing quite sucuessforlly i loaded up that impuse a couple of days back to see the new updates, i belive that was the cause is there maybe something like taking the game off and reinstalling a possibly a fix ?. other from this i havent done just yet, game runs like a gem and is awsume to play.

could i also make a sugestion as well as for multiplayer games, can it be possible for a server to be listed when someone hosts already in a game to beable to play if her/he allows that option to be i think that would kick a$$ even though that person would be starting late i think it could besomething people could take up?.

1 download net frame works 2 from micro

2 download and install Impulse

3 patch up the game version 1.11 ?

I really need to know, my Vista only has 840 something mgs of RAM, but everything is all set. Is it crucial to have 1gbg? Or will it be laggy, because I can turn down all of the graphics and things to compinsate.

I downloaded a demo for Sins, and it ran smothly except at start-up, and was a little laggy for 5 minutes when the demo was over. If the demo can work (I had everyhitng set at High, not highest) then can I get the game? Or should I just buy it, and if it does not work return it.

I have a mouse problem after about 2 mins playing my mouse cursor stays in one place. I can still see it high light over things but the cursor stays put making it almost impossiable to play. I have had this happen with the first install and also with the updates.

Cursors disappearing or getting stuck are generally due to video drivers, so check that you have them updated to the latest from the manufacturer.

Impulse / Stardock

Sins of a solar empire / Entrichment.

Impulse installs both well and seems to beable to play both just after downloaded content is put on hd where you would like it installed this is what sets impulse appart from steam. anyways After you close it down the update to impuse to allow both icons for this game is avalible which is what i've been waiting for but i found that even clickin on both icons for the orgional and for the exp of sins that it would simply play the exp.

I understand that in order for sins to work along side the exp of sins it needs to copy most of the files over but it doesnt copy, it moves the files from the orgional sins to the exp so its playable but then sins is well left with a few folders ?.

This needs to be fixed also why cant there just be a addon directory in the sins dir' for instance for the exp to go into and then play by that and have say sinsofempire.exe > as orgional exe and sinsofentichment.exe for the exp i mean that would seem most logical for me to understand and to use there for no files need to be copyed over and woop game should work.

but you tell me. Is this a stupid idear or what. im going to be waiting for an answer thanks.

I have also emailed the suport line and have not recived a replay from them.

Im having trouble installing mods my mod path seems to be different any suggestions on how to fix the problem

assuming you have sins 1.17/entrenchment 1.03,  the Mods NEED to be placed here for xp

NOTE the first two folders after the 'user name' are hidden , so to see them you must first click on 'tools' then 'folder options', then 'view', then click on 'show hidden files& folders' then click ok, then you will be able to browse your want to the folder. I suggest when you find the folder that you create a shortcut to it on the desktop

NOTE 2 the 'user name' in the above paths is your WINDOWS login user name, eg Administrator

I have a problem. Whenever I want to update Sins of a Solar Empire, I get ''Error'' message when it gets to 84%.  I currently have a 1.05 version of the game. I have Impulse installed. My OS is a 64 bit Vista Home Premium, and the Pc meets all system requirements. Any help? Please!

I just got this game and it's awesome, but I'm trying to start a LAN game and when I try to connect to a game it says "You don't have the files needed for this game" Can anyone help?

I just bought trinity online and would like to use it at a LAN party, is it possible to port it across to all computers?
