Cna't remember how to build ships on all planets...

I haven't played for awhile and can't remember how to have all my starports start building the same ship without having to through them all one by one.

I know I used to be able to do this, can anyone remind me? I can't find the answer anywhere....

The Governor tab will have a starport option. There you can change what starports are making in one fell swoop.
