Update failier for WB6 and DeskScapes

When I try to update both WB6 and DeskScapes SD Central hangs and says that the install failed.  If I check version number in WB6 it says 6.02 but SD central says 6.01 but DeskScapes says the older version in both.  No failure is noted in the log and WB6 log actually says install successful.  They both show up in the object desktop list as needing to be updated and pop up as such when I start SD central.  Can anyone help?

Restart SDC, runs as admin.

I just came here looking for an answer to the same exact problems. Maybe someone out there has the answer. My OS is Vista and, yes, I do have a year's subcription.

If you get an "error 29" something about "activate.exe". If so turn off your UAC reboot then run SDC. Let WB update and DeskScapes, turn on the UAC and reboot.

ControlPanel>Users Accounts: Turn User Account Control On or Off
