mLANmanager.exe - Description and Recommendation
mLANmanager.exe is a component of Yamaha's mLan product. "In the simplest of terms, mLAN FireWire Music Networking is the integration of audio and midi over a single, FireWire (IEEE 1394) cable."
mLANmanager.exe is run on startup by default when installing an mLan product on your computer so that the product is ready to use after the user logs in to their profile. It is a per profile setting. If you disable it, you will need to manually start mLANmanager.exe or your mLan hardware/software will not operate. If you do not need mLANmanager to start every time Windows starts, you can disable the automatic startup and simply run the tool from the mLan Start Menu group.
mLANmanager.exe - Uninstall Techniques
The uninstallation is done via your mLan product's uninstallation entry in the Windows Uninstall interface found in the Windows Control Panel (in XP it is called "Add/Remove Programs" and in Vista it is called "Programs and Features").
