Problems with Shopping Cart

Several users have complained that they haven't been able to purchase some of the premium items because the "checkout" button is not working. Is anyone looking into this? Also, how come even though the screen shows me as a logged in citizen I am still getting the advertising screens even though I paid for a subscription?? Thanks for the help.

I had a problem with the checkout button a couple of days ago, I just went back several hours later and it went through fine. I know not a great answer, but if you have a problem with it you might just try again later. Do make sure you've only got one instance of your purchase in the shopping cart though, when I did this the prior instance of my purchase was still in there for a total of 2.

Don't know about the advertising.

We have been looking into the checkout problem.  Unfortunately it has been very intermitent and hard to track down.  However, I believe I have found the cause of the problem. Though I am not 100% positive.  I uploaded a fix a little while ago so I am hoping that the problem is now cured.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing problems with the Checkout button just refreshing the page.

Jerryjon, in regards to the problem with the ads still showing, I'm not familar with that piece of code but I will let someone know about.  However being that most everyone is away for the holidays it probably will not be addressed right away.

Please try again. I mentioned this to our web team and they belive they have fixed the issue. Let us know if you have further troubles.

Try clearing the cache, log out and log in again.
