nProtect GameGuard crashes Windowblinds

Everything crashes when GameGuard starts

Hi,

I am encountering serious issues with nProtect GameGuard with Windowblinds. With Windowblinds loaded, GameGuard will definitely crash almost all window applications with Windowblinds. To verify this, you can download games that employ GameGuard (ie Maple Story, Kartrider). Can Stardock work with the GameGuard developers to iron out this issue, which has been bugging me for months? I have also logged ticket PNA-420862 for this issue.

Given the description it sounds like the issue is at nProtects end but I will look into it.

I have tried the app on Vista with WB and it did not cause any crashes.

However the app was incompatible with my USB keyboard and intentionally blocked any input from Multiplicity.

I notice you are running a 64 bit OS which I think may be important.  My best guess is the nProtect system is injecting code into every process and trying to modify the return values of certain apis and this is going wrong in 64 bit processes.

Yes, it might be conflicts with the x64 build of Windowblinds. Would you be testing on a similar configuration too?
