WB 6 won't skin start menu?

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.0 (build 32 x86)

Shouldnt my start menu and other pannels be skinned I tried everything I can't get it to do it??

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

Yes, WB should be skinning this. Open up WB configuration, go to setting. There will be 3 boxes that allow you to make changes under skins setting. Put a check in Ignore the taskbar........, select the WB skin. Put a check in Always use shellstyle........, select the WB skin. Then click of apply changes. That's what I do and have no problems. Come back and let us know if that fixes the problem.  ;)

A couple of those .dll and .exe files don't look right. Have you got the latest version of WB installed  :NOTSURE: If not update via Stardock Central and see what happens  :)

Also . . make sure you are not using the Classic menu

Thanks for the replies!! I did what philly381 said and then i even changed it to the "regular xp" start menu but I still don't think it is skinning right, I know it worked both the classic start menu and the other in winblind 5.0

limeyjack in your image above is the long column All Programs? If so it looks okay. What WB skin are you running? I would still do what Leo suggested and get the latest updated version of WindowBlinds.

That area of that particular skin is solid grey by design.

well maybe im insane but i swore wb5 could skin it better and make it all transparent and curved and cool looking maybe i've lost my mind
