Trouble loading Plus

I was using the trial version and then upgraded to Plus.  I used the link in the email that was sent and downloaded it to my desktop.  I used the installer and it was installed into the Stardock folder which created an OD folder with the 5 subfolders.  I show that OD+ is on my computer but when I try and open it I only get the trial version.  I tried to delete OD but the first try crashed my system and the second try just takes the bar away (I'm using the add/delete in the control panel).  I show a key in the OD folder but it doesn't do anything.  I've downloaded some backgrounds and docklets but haven't been able to use them so I'm obviously missing something . . . .

What am I doing wrong??????  I'm using XP.

YOu need to uninstall OD+ the uninstall OD Free the install OD+.
If that all fails you can roll back with system restore to before you installed OD+

I have tried to uninstall all OD, trial and + but it won't uninstall. It appears that the trial version is gone according to the add/delete and only + is installed. I tried to delete + but it won't uninstall. Could there be another location that OD is somewhere else in the system and that's preventing the uninstall? I really don't want to do a restore since I have done some other things that I don't want deleted.

I still need to know how to load docklets. Can that not be done in the trial version?

Try this . . install stardock central, upgrade OD+ as directed then uninstall and reinstall.
I don't knwo what got corrupted but those are the steps I would take.

Be sure to restart before running the program to clear the cache.
