My Stardock Central doesn't accept my serial number.

Whenever i put my serial, it says that it's not the good one,
When i ask to send me the serial again, it sent me two differents serials (separately)

I did create an account on the forum, previously (and manually) with the same email.

Can you help ?

I wanted to add,

I have tried to put the serial i have on "My account" but it says that it's not accepted as well.

I think i have messed up everything with my manual registration,
now everytime i ask for my serial email, i do get a new serial ...
