I CAN'T GET WINDOWS VISTA BACK TO NORMAL!!!

I JUST FINISHED MY 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOD AND HAVE ALREADY UNINSTALLED WINDOWBLINDS. HOW DO I PUT IT BACK TO NORMAL.
