NewsLeecher 3.9 Beta 9 is not showing up in open window list

I'm using ObjectDock Plus 1.9.537u on Vista Ultimate x86.

I have display open windows along with my icons checked.
I have represent minimized windows by their screenshots checked.
I have always show windows as thumbnails checked.
I have group all windows from the same program as one checked.

Whe I run NewsLeecher 3.9 Beta 9, the application does not show up in the open windows list on the ObjectDock. This forces me to use the legacy taskbar or to alt-tab to NewsLeecher.

Other applications appear to work fine.

Is this a known problem, can I work around it, will it be fixed?

I'll try a non-beta.

I also noticed that for some apps there are too many windows being displayed.
E.g. Whe I open the NIS 2008 main window, and then the options window, there are incorrectly 3 windows in the dock, but currectly only 2 in the Windows taskbar.

Just upgraded to NL 3.9 Beta 11, now the window does show up.
