CHanges not applying in xp 64bit.

any changes i make just loads the windows classic theme and changes nothing. on any skin except the windows XP defualt, that one works correctly! any one got any ideas??

i suggest:

uninstall, reboot, install fresh download

your files may be borked

I just wanted to say that the files will sometimes have odd dates/times if they do not exist. It looks like that is what happened here.
