Weather problem

I know some else have this problem (I have read the other threads)

But I dont want to know who else have this problem I want to know how fix it.
I live on Cuernavaca, Morelos. Mexico.

My zip code is 62000

I have tryied with everything and nothing works.
The root page display my info, but the Dock doesnt.

Any idea (aside wait for an update or just forget about it)

I have OD Plus 1.9

Aside that, everything is ok for me.

Quadmachine. type in Morelos, Mexico a window will open with a list too choose from because there is more than one.
