What Programs Do You Use?

I don't know if this is the right area to post this, but this is where I thought it should go. Anyways, I was wondering what programs everyone uses to creat their skins/wallpapers, ect. I love drawing, and I want to start learning how best to do so on the computer with the different programs out there. Currently I am using Gimp, and I just started using Blender, but I can't always get it to do everything I would like it to do. So, what programs do you use?

I may be wrong but I think the majority of skinners use Adobe Photoshop

I sacrifice frogs on the full moon (or is it sacrifice TO frogs . . I forget).  Nothing else works for me.

However . . I fail to create artwork consitantly with ArtRage2 and Paint.net.  I also do not use spellcheck often enough for some.
