Can someone look at this? (registry problem)

I recently posted asking for a resolution to my problem which was the inability to open Classic Appearance Properties in Windows Vista. I was looking through the registry and found this... I don't know if this is normal, so can any fellow Vista users help me with this?

That isn't a registry problem, its normal. Whether Windowblinds is installed or not.
