OD crashes because of new installed fonts?!

I can't install fonts AND use OD at the same time

Hello.
I have a really weird problem with ObjectDock. If I install it without installing any new fonts in windows/fonts, it runs perfectly. But, by just installing one [or more] new font, OD doesn't open, crashing before even showing the dock.
This happens if I install fonts before installing OD or after installing OD.
I really want to use ObjectDock, but also I really want to use more fonts [And I need it]. I've installed different versions of OD, even the newest one, but the result is just the same.

How can I fix this? Thanks!

I had it crash when I removed MS Sans Serif (die evil non-smoothing font die).

Free(loader) or Plus?
Version and build?
XP or Vista?

Now I've discovered what the problem is [Partially].
I tried with only font in a moment, 'Matricula Espanola', and OD crashed. I assumed that adding just one font would make OD crash, but I was wrong.
OD crashes ONLY if I install 'Matricula Espanola'. Now, I installed nearly 1000 fonts, and OD works perfectly. But, if I install that font, OD dies everytime I open it.
In other words, OD only crashes because of ONE FONT: Matricula Espanola.

Sounds like a problem with that font, not OD.

Indeed. I tried a handful of downloaded fonts without getting this to occur.

But it's stranger than it seems. I've installed that font in the past, and used OD without any problem.
All this happened before I formatted my PC. I reinstalled XP, and even downloaded the font again [From a different source], but the problem is there.
I don't know, it's too strange for me.

Well either try using other fonts or if you like you can lend us the link to try it ourselves (so long as it is kosher/clean). I don't know what kind of fix we can find for you but we can give it a shot for sure.

A word of caution - fonts can cause a lot of problems - I can't tell you why but I have seen them cause XP to not boot because of a corrupt font file. I know this doesn't help with your problem but fonts are not the innocent little critters they appear to be sometimes.
