How can I *ACTUALLY* reach someone at Stardock?

I took a great deal of time writing a message containing several bug reports as a courtesy to Stardock, but I received an automated e-mail reply saying that my message had not been read because of one of six possible reasons, but Stardock's Web developer or developers did not have the decency to have their system either list which reason actually triggered the rejection or to quote my message from their form so I could have the opportunity to review it for possible problems, so my original message seems to be lost forever and Stardock seems to have wasted my time for no good reason. A second message—a short note regarding the rejection—was similarly rejected.
I now suspect that the sloppy Web development that produced a "Type of Question" menu with neither a bug report option nor an "Other" option and corresponding form-validation JavaScript that rejects valid e-mail addresses may extend to the filtering system, which may be starting a sloppy rejection process upon detecting my name, which happens to include the letters "S-e-x". If so, that is not only sloppy work, but annoying and offensive as well. My given name is not "profanity or abusive language" (number 5 in the list of six possible reasons for rejection); it is just my name.
Does anyone know how I can actually reach someone at Stardock? Despite their annoyingly sloppy Web development and apparent disregard for their customers' time, I would like for them to know that they may have some bug reports floating around on a server somewhere.
