Sins and Fansites/Blogging

I have a couple of questions related to making Sins and external websites. I have started a gaming blog and I want to feature Sins on it when Beta 4 is released. So, heres my questions:

1) Is there an NDA? I think i read somewhere that there is not for Sins, but I want to be absolutely sure.

2)Sadly there is no fansite kit. Can we use the images in the download section, and edit them to be used on our blogs/websites?

I'd really like to help this game get exposure, it'd help revitalize the genre.

1) there are none, thats why we have both pictures and videos

2) Theres a small fansite kit on www.soase.com that he made.
Else you can always request ingame images for to edit and such.

There's no NDA and you can feel free to re-use any of the screenshots off the website.
