Windowblinds Control Panel Cut Off at Bottom

Anyone have any idea why, after an uninstall, reinstall, changing fonts, changing font size, changing skins, my WB 6 control panel is cutoff at the bottom not allowing me to access options contained there? I am also unable to resize the window as a way of resolving the problem.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.0 (build 52 x86 - Vista Edition)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
(Generic PnP Monitor) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT

Have you ever changed your System dialog font in the registy, either manually using regedit or via some sort of 'transformation pack'?

If so that is your problem.

1) post your WB system information

2) what is your screen dpi set to?

Sorry Bichur, should have done this the first time:

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.2 (build 61 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

(Default Monitor) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT

Wblind.dll 2008/07/22 10:10:20
Wbsrv.dll 2008/07/22 10:11:10
Wbconfig.exe 2008/07/22 10:10:32
Wbload.exe 2008/04/28 11:35:14
Wbhelp.dll 2008/04/28 11:35:07
Wbui.dll 2008/04/28 11:35:05
Tray.dll 2008/04/28 11:35:21
Screen.exe 2008/07/22 10:10:09

I did notice (when getting this information from the sys info tab in wb) that I can enable per-pixel skinning if I have corrupted titlebar buttons & text backgrounds - does this sound correct and does it relate to my problem? I ususally leave wb unloaded (stick with default win xp style) due to the fault with the wb control panel size, do I check this box then apply my changes - then unload wb? I'm lost.....

ps: screen dpi is set to 96

What resolution are you running at? I think the config window is set for 1024x768 or higher.

See comment # 2....

You aren't running windowblinds with that theme selected so Windowblinds most likely isn't the cause of the problem.

I would try uninstalling all Stardock software... reboot, and see if you still have the problem. Reinstall as needed.

are you using WindowFX by any chance?

I have windows fx installed but I leave all stardock software unloaded because of the problems it seems to have caused, any ideas?

have you tried #16?

possibly, right click desktop > properties > check the fonts (size and whether bolded), even if set correctly, change it, apply, put it back, apply

you happen to use a program called Direct Folders?
