Quicken 2008 Disables Slideout

I've just installed Quicken Home and Business 2008 (Canadian version). While quicken is running my Objectdock docks won't reappear when I put the mouse at the side of the screen. Tabbed docs still work but the mouse-over doesn't display the icon label. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Quicken Deluxe 2009 also disables Objectdock.  If anyone finds a fix/workaround, I hope they post it here.

This is totally a Quicken issue. It even does this with a fresh install of Windows. The flickering issue is definately not caused by anything made by Stardock.

I have had the same problem with RocketDock, and I have an acceptable work-around (pronounced "hack").  I posted the fix in the quicken forums, but here's a link.
