Console skinning on Vista

Am I missing something? I know that console skinning was removed a while ago from WB on XP, but I assumed that since Vista provided console skinning in Aero, that WB 6 would be able to provide the same level of features.

Not arguing on a "technical level", but let's look at face value. Vista Aero=Skin Console.... Vista WB6=No Skin Console.
