Fail uploading a screenshot

Hi, i'm new in upload archives in Wincustomize. I try to upload a screenshot, in the screenshots section, of my desktop and allways fail. The fail say this:

Your skin has failed to upload.
When uploading a new skin, your Skin file must also be submitted.

How i upload the sreenshot?

You need to upload your jpg image as both preview and file

Ok, i see other post in reference to this (https://forums.wincustomize.com/?aid=165667).

the error has the URL for upload. This is the best--->https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx

With the https://www.wincustomize.com/upload2.aspx, you submit skins;)

I've noticed this weekend, when I tried to upload a screenie that it gives me an error saying that I need to check my file extension...It's .jpg, I've loaded the file as the preview and the file and every time it gave me an error. This has only happened in the screenshots section as I loaded a RightClick and a Rainy with .jpg previews and had no troubles. Is there a file size limit, i.e. MB?
