How to make some labels clickable?

Is there an easy way to get my little drop down menu's I've created on my desktop to respond to clicking the label? It would be kewl if I could add that functionality.

I don't think so.
I'd remove the label, create a text object if you want, group them together, add the function you want and be done with it.

Same answer if you're referring to the Shortcut "Pop Up" Menu option. The only way to customize that would be with Right Click?
