Best looking fonts for Window Blinds?

I just want to find out what fonts are you guys using for WB. I noticed that most skin specified fonts look a bit fuzzy, not defined and sharp like default windows fonts (Tahoma and Trebuchet). Has anyone found a cool looking font that looks sharp on the screen? The skin I'm using (Eminence) is using Segoe, but unfortunately it looks a bit blurred. I tried adjusting it with Clear Type Tuning, but it does not improve anything imo.

I nearly always use Arial in my skins, works for me.

I generally use the default fonts of Tahoma and Trebuchet. Sometimes I use Calibri too....but you have to have clear type enabled for it to look right. For the user name and logoffs, I always use a different font...that changes depending on my mood when making the blind.

Segoe is my preferred choice these days. The emminence skin uses alot of blurred shadows which can make text less lear. Segoe without any shadows is much clearer.

I have found Segoe looks pretty bad without cleartype on.

ALL of the newer fonts look awful without cleartype on, frankly in WB 6, cleartype, at least in at menu's flat out doesn't work.

I'd post comparison XP\Vista screenshots if I wasn't too thoroughly disgusted to boot back into Vista this morning... for this very reason.

In XP I like Calibri, Segoe and Microsoft ssans serif.w\ font smoothing on of course.

Hopefully we can get cleartype fonts working in Vista sometime soon as cleartype is on by default and a perfect environment for these fonts.

Segoe and Calibri in XP with cleartype.

vStyler : if you are rendering on a semi transparent menu then cleartype is not technically possible.  This is because it has to know what is under it.

Neil... Opaque menu's   and its not totally unsmoothed.. far better than with cleartype off.. but certainly nowhere near as clear as XP.

I'll add the problem only persists in context menus, the same font.. in, for example a places entry used as "show as menu" eg: Recent Items.. looks perfect.

Something is definately wrong in context menu smoothing.
