Problems in applying theme

My Windows blinds wont work. It will just show the classic windows theme.

Hi guys. I purchased windows blind 5.5 months ago.. it works before.. but about weeks ago i reformatted my computer.. and since the time i reformatted my computer, WB wont work anymore in my computer.. instead,it just appear as a classic windows theme.. please help me.. i've been trying to solve this problem for atlleast a month..but still nothing has changed.. my wb still wont work..

oh by the way,here is my system info:

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.5 (build 92 x86))

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

you need to update to a newer version - either via SDC or the support page

Please uninstall and reboot.  Use SDC or the lookup tool at:  www.stardock.com/support to download and install with.  If you are still having issues, please let us know.

I am having the same issue. I've uninstalled, rebooted, and re-installed using SDC. This happened when I moved from WB5 to WB 6.WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5.5 (build 94 x86)

Uninstall everything WB related.  reboot.  Install WB6.  Reboot.

And I would add that after uninstalling, and rebooting, delete any remnants in your WB directory before reinstalling. Then reboot. That worked for me.

thanks - I thought about the good old windows remnant issue after I posted. Deleted the file and it worked perfectly.
