Bugs with the 2.10i[b]0.15 version

A nice little set of bugs here to report 
1. Any window title with an & in it gets the & duplicated, so:
Documents & Settings ==> Documents && Settings
2. Overly-long window titles crash OB. The only place I've seen that crashes OB 100% of the time is the clearance section at http://www.savastore.com I'd presume that a character limit is being hit somewhere?
3. Systray support is broken with this build & Vista32, was working fine with the previous beta.
4. There are some menu transparency issues with the current themes when different elements are used elsewhere- Opening them with SkinStudio & choosing to fix all errors seems to fix things, but it really shouldn't be happening in the first place.
Most of these are cosmetic, but would really appreciate a speedy fixing of the systray support
