First sorry for my poor english.

I have followed link in home page, for buy game + add on, on stardock website and one other game.

i have make succeful my purshase, but there was no serial number for downloading or somthing like it, even in my confirm e-mail i get nothing but a client number.

I have do something wrong or i have to wait a other email with the serial for downloading, or i cant download because i am from europe ?

Being from Europe is not the problem.

Have a look into your spam directory, at least in my case the mail from Stardock with the serial got a false positive as spam. That happens every time I buy something from anywhere due to the extreme amount of fake invoices and order confirmation I get

If sales@stardock.com was the address you contacted, they should be able to get back to you Monday (offices are closed weekends).

Well, i got a reply monday it was because the add on was not out so the 2 other game was not given serial in email, the guy who replyed to me, have ask me if wanted cancel my order and restart 2 separate one... and i have no new for it, so its 4 days w/o play.... nice but next time i will not buy anything from stardock site again, its just too unclear, buy and downloard.... in 4 days i could buy it anywhere in europa web site and got in my house already and now i got nothing but wait... not nice at all stardock...

And sorry for renting but i feel cheated
