problem with downloads

When I download a skin. Everything takes but the back ground on the computer. I have done this with like 3 skins now. any ideas what I need to do??? by the way I have XP Home...

Most WindowBlinds skins do not include the wallpaper/back ground shown in the screen shot, most that do include many sizes so will be in a folder or zip file inside the WB folder. For the wall to apply with the skin it has to be associated with the skin in SkinStudio when it is created, unfortunately most are not.

Having skinned some myself I can tell you that more than 50% of skins will not include the wallpaper. Most often than not people change the wall paper into something more personal to them anyway. But from my stand point doing the WP stinks because I am not the best "stand alone pretty picture" kind of artist. I don't want people to think my skin sucks when it rules and the wall paper is the one making it look bad. I'm pretty sure I am not alone in this.
