Application path not found

Everything was fine until about 2 hours earlier I tried to download a new icon package. I went to open the .ip file and an iconpackager activation window opened. That didn't make any sense because I just renewed my object desktop subscription in the beginning of August. So I opened Stardock Central to see if there was an update to Iconpackager, it says the last version came out back in April, but oddly enough it also says that I don't have Iconpackager installed. Even though there is currently and Icon Package applied to all my icons. So I hit cancel on the iconpackager activation window, and installed Iconpackager from Stardock Central. It finishes the install and when it tries to autorun Iconpackager after install a window pops open and says "There was an error". Which is really informative. Then I navigate through the windows file explorer and try to open the iconpackager exe file, it says "Application path not found". So I don't know what happened. Anyone got any ideas?

This is what i would do if i found myself in your situation:
I'd start by making sure SDC is at it's most current build, then delete ip (save theme folder before doing so),i'd also delete any folders that are IP related inside objectdesktop which is housed in PROGRAM FILES,then open REGEDIT navigate to SOFTWARE inside HKEY USER & HKEY LOCAL MACHINE,delete any entries to IP,(can be found inside STARDOCK folder once tree is expanded) close then reboot & try reinstalling IP from scratch.

If that failed i'd delete all of objectdesktop,SDC etc , do a clean with ccleaner remove all folders related to objectdekstop inside program files if any were left over including all entries inside regedit & you guessed it reinstall the lot as a fresh install,my motto is if in doubt throw it out & start again..lol..

Also delete C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\Installed\ip.xml
Then, in SDC, Tools | Settings | Internet | Refresh XML
