I re-installed via the other link in my e-mail and now I can access WB6. However, now the bigger problem is that none of my skins are accessible via the WB6. These skins are in the old folder but WB6 won't list them. If I have to re-dl all those skins and re-install them, then this new WB6 totally sucks! I want my old WB5 back and I want stardock to work out the bugs completely before releasing any new piece of crap program that totally screws up things like this. I've never had this many problems with a new program from other companies.

jakester: Please try activating through email: instructions here
The activation will be automatically processed by the system. If it goes through ok, cool, all is well. If it fails this way for some reason, a new support case will be opened and a support technician will take a look at this and resolve the problem.

bachbeet: Try looking in C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds (default install path). Do you see your skins listed there? If so, copy your skins out of there and put them into the following location (depending on your OS):

Skins Directory
XP: %allusersprofile%\documents\stardock\WindowBlinds
Vista: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds

If you then open the WBConfig dialog (accessed via the system tray), do you see your skins listed there now?

If you don't see your skins listed in the default install path, do you see them listed within the skins directory?
