Can't activate

just had my reg info come by email, installed new version, entered new serial and it will not activate, activate.log is this:

double checked I entered info right, disabled firewall, uninstalled then re-installed still nothing.

Getting the same here, it seems the system is not updated yet.
I tried with the www.stardock.com/support serial request but it still sends the WB5 info.

installed SDC, tried to activate it through that but just keeps saying email address is not correct. $:-\$

wish this kinda thing was properly tested before being released, however i'll patiently wait.

I've got the same issue. it was nice to see they sent the info for WB6 to me. would be great if it worked. luckily i can still do work without it

Assume that lots of users are hitting the server all at once. We see from other posts that registration is working.

same problem... i've received new S/N for WB6 but ERROR ACTIVATING...

Did you have to request a new serial? Are you using Object Desktop? I assume Object desktop users are golden... pls. confirm?

not object desktop user here, only wb5.5, sent the upgrade information via email... the given wb6 serial is not found when i request for serial numbers from the website.

this is the same log that everyone has been posting, which i am truncating because i don't want ppl to scroll non stop:
