Hi everyone!

I'm seriously thinking about purchasing this, because I have downloaded a trial version, and am loving the way my computer is looking right now. However, there is one issue that I want to clear out first before I pay.

If I do not order the CD with it, do I get some validation code to install multiple times, in the event I reformat my computer and lose the software. Or would I have to repay for everything again?

You get a one year subscription with purchase of ODNT.  Through Stardock Central, the code sent to you,  and your email address you can install the apps.  You can (and should) archive these apps.  They are yours forever.  You will be able to access your account information through this site and through SDC to reinstall during your subscription term.

Zubazs, I have a question;
I purchased OD around 2 weeks ago. I made the order, payed etc, and had SDC on, I downloaded it and all was fine except for one thing, I didnt got mailed with the serial number. I sended sales@startdick.com, they are pretty slow in answering + they cant seems to find my email at their dataabase. Could you help me with it? I want to have my Serial key so I wont have to worry if my pc will fuck up.

Did you try Tools > Look up serial number in SDC? And uh...are you sure you sent the email to the right address? (the typo.. )

Sorry I forgot to mention bebi, I tryed SDC look for number, It says it looked my email in their database and sended me an email. I never got one. I waited around 1 week. I typed email right. My email is boby931@walla.co.il btw.
Do you think it has something to do with my email's provider?
My bad with the typo, lol. When I sended them email I copyed the adress.

Not sure....I've never had any problems. Checked your junk/spam folders?

Like Zubaz mentioned archive all that you download once that's done make backups of them on a rom or dvd (i usually do it on a monthly basis as there's a good amount of updates in that time) ,your validation code only lasts for one year unless you re-subscribe or the minimum you should do is burn an archive to hard copy as you get close to subsription renewal before it actually runs out
to get to the archive location click on the following
START
MY COMPUTER
OPEN DRIVE LABEL C (unhide if necessary)
OPEN PROGRAM FILES (unhide if necessary)
navigate to the STARDOCK folder & open it
open the folder named SDCentral
ues your burning software to save the folder named BACKUP to hard copy

when finished rehide the above drive
