Why can´t see my theme?

Hi, i've uploded a DX Theme last August 11, 2007 and i can´t see it at the DesktopX Themes Gallery, but i can see it at My Recent Skins. Why?
Please give feedback.

An e-mail was sent to you on 19th August regarding use of the wallpaper in the theme. You either need to remove the wallpaper, or include permission from the author to use it.
