Since I installed Windows Blinds,name of My Documents icon is written in two rows like this:

How can I turn it back?

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on View my system information.  Copy/paste that info here.

PLEASE report all this information when submitting a problem report, especially anything related to per-pixel skinning. We don't know what's in that Dell you bought last July or the notebook with integrated graphics the office gave you. Per-pixel skinning requires your drivers to at least claim to support the SB_PIXEL_ALPHA flag in the SHADEBLENDCAPS structure.

You are a few versions behind.  I'd upgrade and try again.
The best way to upgrade is to run Stardock Central and let it find teh most recent version.

Did yours really come with a help file or did you just copy those dates and times from another post?
