WindowBlinds crashes vista

I'm trying to install WindowBlinds 5.51, it installs fine, tells me to reboot which i do and then after I login to vista again I get a message that windowblinds has stopped responding, and the entire machine freezes up forceing a hard reboot, and it will do that every time until i boot into safe mode to uninstall it. Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?

vista 32 or 64?

can you get WB configuration open at all? if so click view my system info and copy/paste to here all the info that shows up
