Wincustomize small fixes

I keep seeing random postings of issues with Wincustomize. If you are have trouble logging in or you are missing functionality you will most often clear the issue by clearing your cookies. With updates to our site and store this is the best fix out there.

This has only been a friendly update, ignore me if you already knew this.

I have a somewhat off-topic question...what's with the ] showing up at the bottom of original posts under the referrals, replies, reply etc stuff?
