Fuzzy Icons

Sometimes when I turn on my computer all of my taskbar icons are fuzzy, large and distorted. Also my my programs menu has large text and icons also.

Why is this happening? The only way that I can get rid of this is by unloading windowblinds, changing my theme back to Microsoft's original XP theme and then reloading windowblinds again. This happenings on all the skins that I apply. How do I fix this or is it probably and most likely a bug?

I'm running windowblinds 5.51 under Win XP SP2.

I had the same problem in Vista Business using the same WB version, and it cleared up on its after about a day. I attempted to figure out how or why, but nothing was obvious. I did replace a couple of the icons and they then appeared clear (i.e., not fuzzy). I then noticed a day or so later that they were all ok. This was in the Quick Launch area; if I recall correctly the icons in the system tray (by the clock) were always ok.
