user account splash screen

I am missing the splash screen(?) that borders the user acct. info, as well as the info. also, the "close" & instructions across the bottom on some, but not all logon DL. certain DL ...pre 2005....do not DL (display?) the image in proper ratio. unin/rein does't correct the problems. running XP.

I am using Win XP. The problem occurs w/ logons that I DL directly from WC homepage.."logons". "dialouge boxes" w/o dialouge..."user name,etc.,occassionly
appear when logon is DL. "turn off computer" and instructions for returning to default along the bottom never appear. hope this helps

sometimes the screen shot doesn't represent exactly how it's gonna show up when you load it. Apparently some people never shut down their system and set the bottom panel height to zero. I've had a few load up this way and had to reset the height.


a link to some you're having issues with would be most beneficial in determining cause and solution
