PROBLEM!

So I bought the game and successfuly maneged to open the box without destroying it. And have attempted Metaverse. BUT! when I attempt to make a character, It says that it encountered a problem with my serial number to copy the massage and report to the site. I'm also kinda hoping a moderator or someone will se this and that will count as "reporting it".
