Are you trying to install the "shareware" version? If so, you may have exceeded the trial period.

Buy the full version or uninstall.

wow!! this forum gives me no help at all.
You have provided very little information and have been offered as much assistance as is possible.

I assume by your response in post #2 that (in answer to post #1) you have the TRIAL version of WB.  Please correct me if I am wrong.  If you had the TRIAL and it expired and you still want to use the software you should purchase it (as advised in reply#3).

If you do not want to purchase teh full version, you should uninstall.  That will also fix the problem.

On the other hand . . if I've misunderstood you and you have the full, purchased version more steps can be taken to assist.

I see that you are a new visitor to Wincustomize today; welcome to the family.

Let us know if we can help more.

I thinking... only because this:

Buy the full version or uninstall.

might have been written in haste.

For the trial in which 60 days from any previous install of a trial has passed:

The answer is uninstall and then either buy it or live without it.
Reason being... if you buy it, you still need to uninstall the trial (and reboot) in order to install the paid (with a reboot) and have it work properly.

FYI the trial is a 60 day trial and subsequent reinstalls or installs of newer trials won't work past the original 60.

For a paid version: if following the prompts during install don't work, contact support and give them your email/registration info.

Some things in life you just have to pay for or without.

Try a different product that has a free trial period, there's alot of good ones out there. If you really like WindowBlinds as much as you seem to, buy it. The purchased version doesn't have any 60 day limitation. I'm nearing my third year with it. Started with version 4 now we're approaching version 6. The price is well worth it.
