Um... thats easy Hooters and jump nekkid bars.

I am sorta old fashioned I do at least 2 or more econ buildings, 2 or more factories, 1 or more moral buildings, only 1 farm, 1 or more research centers, counter espionage (as soon as I get it) and make damn sure I get the Tir Quan Training.

Also Eyes of the Universe is very very handy and with it you do not need as big a navy. It also helps when you combinde it with Isolationists.
