MyColors NC State University theme

I purchased, downloaded and installed the newly available NC State University MyColors theme. In the screenshots on the MyColors site many items such as the Start Menu, window Title Bar, scroll bars, etc are red, but they are showing up as blue on my machine. I even rebooted and re-applied the theme and came up with the same result. You may not realize this unless you are from NC, but no NC State fan wants his red replaced with blue. Any help would be appreciated.
