Can't Install WB6

XML File Unavailable

I just bought the upgrade to Object Desktop with Windowblinds 6 beta, and I tried to install WB6, and it gives me this error:

There was an error installing WindowBlinds 6. The following error occurred:

Download: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\data\public\wb6\beta\wb6.xml 0 | Attempt: 3 | -14 The URL is invalid
Result: Installation Failed (12)

Would you like to view the installation log file?

What could be the problem? Is there some way I could download this wb6.xml??

well, i found out why i can't install, but I can't find the newest build for stardock central.

Can somebody give me a link? I just downloaded the one on the stardock website and it was version 2.46.477 build 150.

Open up SDC and go into the Tools > Settings > Auto update and make sure check for SDC release on startup is checked. Mine actually just updated when I opened it to find that setting.

There was an update to SCD this evening (my time). Close SCD, then restart, it should check to see if you have the current version and give you an upadte option if you don't. If it still doesn't work than I would contact Stardock Support. Hope this helps.

it didn't update, and im still at 2.46.477 build 150

Are you shure about the build number, I have 2.46.477 build 156.

This is where some folks suggest unloading SCD and reinstall it. I would check with Stardock Support first. From looking at my records there was no build 150.

really? no build 150... weird.

well, when i press find application updates under tools it "downloads" sdcentral.exe from the update server and i can restart SDC. Then, nothing is updated. I hate my computer.

SD updated itself as usual. Restarted and now there is nothing for WB6, not even a beta. Skin Studio6 is there but no WB6. My OD account expires in 2008. Anyone else with this problem?

uninstall your current windowblinds 5. reboot and open sdc and windowinds 6 will be there to install.

I finally got it to update to build 156 but i have that problem also. I'll try to fix it here.
