Trouble with Icons

Ok, so I may be a noob at this, but I am not a noob with forums, one bit, please don't treat me like one.

Alrighty, so I had everything working amazingly, and then I rebooted my computer to see what would happen with my Stardock and Icons.

I now have these shortcuts with either manilla colored folders, or a question mark.

Images
Music
Steam
Counterstrike
Day of Defeat

These happen to be the shortcuts I used icons from different sets on. Would that have any effect?

And also, whenever I try to send the folder titled 'Icons' to the Recycling Bin, it says "Blah blah, cannot be moved, is still in use."

Any way to get rid of that?

What method did you use to do this?

Is this a folder you created, IP does not have a folder named Icons. Are there icons in it that are being used as in applied to folder, file etc when you try to delete it.

I Downloaded the shareware version, yes, but my friend doesn't have the problem. =/

Drag and drop?

I didn't create this folder, I downloaded another set from DeviantART so I can have some for my games, and other apps not supported with icons by IP

Thanks for answering, Cavan1 (:

S0 this other set was a zip/rar? and when extract is now in a folder named Icons, icons that you are using for games etc. If you are using them why would you want to send the folder to recycle bin?

but my friend doesn't have the problem.

Have you had him take a look at what you are doing to see if you missed/did something wrong.
