Help Me Find Visual Style

Can someone please help me me this Visual Style (but not wallpaper)? I've been searching for a while now. It's from an example Stardock uses to promote DeskScapes. Here is the Visual Style:

Uhm....that's Vista Ultimate.

There are tons of Vista skins around....just do a search.

Thank you, Bebi Bulma. Apparently I've been searching at the wrong site...And then again, I was searching without direction. Because you gave me a name to aid in my search, I was able to find it. Vista Ultimate is at deviantART.com.

Guess I should have explained more clearly huh?

(It's not a "Vista Ultimate" skin...it IS Vista Ultimate.)
