MFC Source Sample someting wrong

Hello,
i am using WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.51 (build 97 x86)) on Win XP. If i load a skin like TigerGlass in Windows it looks great, if i load the same skin in the MFC source sample i have no glass effekt no animation on buttons like pulsing on default. why? hope some one can help me

The source samples are installed with windowblinds. They are in the folder c:\program files\stardock\directskin\full_source\MFCDialog
