Z-ordering in v1.0

Hi there,

Which positioning setting is the new equivalent for Z-ordering? "Keeping on top, hiding off-screen for maximized applications" seems to be the closest, but this really isn't what want.

I prefer the old way where if activated, the docks would stay on top until I activated another window (regardless of maximized or not). Now the docks popup whenever I activate a non-maximed window...irritating as hell...
