I would like to know if I could have more then one Zoomer and Tab dock.

in short I would like to have to Zoomer docks one for the left and one for the right.

and can I have the zoomer with out having the Tab dock or vise versa?

and if so PLEASE give a detailed way to go about this

You can have as many docks as you want.

Right click any existing dock you have, choose "Dock Settings"
In the lower left of the newly opened window, click the "My Docks" button

Click "Create new dock" or "Create new tabbed dock"

Repeat as necessary.
