Hello!
Got some models of Homeworld, however am not sure which I should pick.
(Sorry for the lousy quality of the pictures, forgot to check before I uploaded them).
The black one is the ripped model from the actual game, the green is a slightly modified original (added polygons to make complete parts) and the pink is a approximation of the model with some modifications here and there.
What I'd like to get some opinion on is wether I should just modify the originals (like the green) or do groundup meshes based on the originals. Advantage of using originals would be to get the mod finished faster (got about 10 models I plan on making), however if I do them groundup they'd be mine.
Would appreciate opinions.
